Lures and Tours is helping the Barrie Fall Fishing Festival pull off another successful event from Sept. 21 to Sept. 30 in Barrie, Ontario. This year the promotional work that is a major part of our sponsorship has been ramped up with pre-event interviews on location that are now on YouTube under the Lures and Tours TV label. More coverage by video and photography will take place during the festival, especially during the wrap up awards presentations when every entrant is eligible for cash and prizes.
This year a single tagged perch worth $10,000 is swimming in Lake Simcoe along with other perch tagged for $1,000 and $500, including one sponsored by Lures and Tours.
Organized for all ages, the Barrie Fall Fishing Festival is a project of the Barrie Huronia Rotary Club. 100% of the funds raised benefit Environmental Projects related to improving the health and well being of Lake Simcoe and Kempenfelt Bay, in addition to the many other Rotary projects within the community of Barrie, Ontario
