(Uinta Report 10/29/03) Catch of the day..

Was an 8' log that rolled over on my line 10' from the shore [:/] Lots and lots of 30 mph wind made for a very hard time trying to shore fish.

Also caught a branch sticking out of the ground and fell 6" away from a broken dead tree that would've went through my temple [crazy] Also caught a very bad cold and will soon be heading back to bed after I finish my magic soup (chicken noodle)

Did actually catch a few fish but mostly 4-5 bait thieves [mad] Had one about 10' from shore and he twisted off the hook (I hate smart fish!)

HUGE difference from last weekend there! [:/]

Would I do it again? Yep! What can I say, i'm hooked! [laugh]

I forgot to mention there was a pack of coyotes on the other side of the lake which was really cool until they decided to come in for a closer look [shocked] Then it started snowing and we left. Of course fishing is always great no matter how bad the day [][/size][/#004080][/font]
