Fishing Ideas?

I've got the day off tomorrow and I am trying to decide where to fish. It will be from the shore as I do not have a boat. Somewhere around the SLC area. Any ideas?

Define around the slc area? Because if you don't want to leave the valley you have the Jordan river and the community ponds... Or within and hour or so you utah lake, jordanelle, deer creek ( which I hear is very slow right now) or the Provo... I will be throwing streamers on the middle tommorrow hoping for some lunkers!
