anyone think its worth it to hit the middle provo tomorrow? Its kind of like the poor mans green river but just want to catch one fish? Any tips appreciated. Thanks

Absolutely. Try BWO with a WD40 gray dropper.
I love this time of the year. Also try #18 Haresear and Bead Head Pheasant Tail under an indy. Got me a nice 24"er
