Lowest Provo

Is anyone fishing the Provo Olmstead and below? I work in Provo and often have 30 or 40 minutes to kill near the river. Suggestions?

There are brown trout all the way to the lake. Flies and bait are both effective. I think the best stretch is probably from the mouth of the canyon down to Deseret Industries.
