can you get a 4 wheeler on Pineview from Cemetery pt? taking up the scouts and have a lot of gear to haul out for a perch fry :-)

Do you have to pay a fee to park if you are fishing cemetary point? I have never ice fished over there but know you have to pay a fee to picnic in the summer time.
