Dead. Make sure all you guys pay your park fees. They were in full force this morning. There was a sign reading they are going to start writing tickets if you don't pay. We were just off the point west of boat dock. We are now near the dam. Fishing is slow. I wish I did not have time to report . It is dead. Not a big crowd either.

It is a tough walk down to the ice but the back, toward the resort, has been producing better. That being said we did ok a few weeks back about 1/4 mile east of the ramp, we were fishing in 30 ft of water and it was great in the morning, then slowed down around noon, picked back up around two pm. There has been a few reports coming from the dam area but none of them good. Good luck, I hope you find some willing fish.

Wipers in Minersville, sure I'm interested, just shoot me PM when you get a chance and we can talk about it. Sounds like a plan after it gets a little warmer there but fall would work too.

We just got back from EC - we fished about 1/4 mile south of the boat ramp, off the points by the big bay that juts east toward the split in the roads from Henefer. 3 of us caught 7 in a few hours, biggest 17", 20 - 30 feet of water on tube jigs/ice flys tipped with mealy worms. The bite was VERY light, pretty slow but steady, with fish on the finder every 5 min or so. good luck to ya

The last time I was at East Canyon I took a swim leaving the ice. Brrrrrrr. How does the ramp look. Could you get a snowmobile or a 4 wheeler on the ice from the boat ramp?

I used to go up a lot. Last time i went we had one fish on. But all of the other times it was almost a half a minute break before you had another bite on one of the pulls. That day we took home about ten fish between the three of us. Someone right next to us pulled up a thirty inch brown. but this is all last year. i haven't been up this year
