Caught about thirty trout on Thursday with Me, Myself and I. Went back with a close friend on Friday pulled close to 100 perch a piece. My buddy kept about half of them that were 9 inchers and worth filleting. Caught about 70 trout a piece. Went back with a Party of about 35 guys of employee's and there kids. The kids all caught a handful of Trout. They all got enough for the smoker and they took a few Perch home also. Ice conditions were a good 24 inches thick where we were. And it was a balming 51 degrees today with an occasional gust of wind. Gizzy bugs in white was the hot ticket today. Give the old rubicons a pretty good work out getting to the other side. All in all a good weekend with friends ( co-workers).

Yeah me and toad had a good one on one Friday. Everybody else at the plant couldn't get away they were too busy. Then I had about 35 show up Saturday. Yes Jekern there is still plenty of fish for you. I didnt show you any pictures of Saturday's catch. The important part was that the kids out fished the grown ups. And if you don't think I didnt tease them about that. I loved it and they loved it. It's a beautiful place to visit and fish.

Glen, we made the walk acroos the ice Saturday ourselves. I was wondering if we were the group just to the south of you guys. It looked like the group to the north of us included a yellow Honda wheeler and were in an Eskimo Fatfish 6, and a snow mobile with green pull behind sled, among other things.
We had similar success to your report. Caught one laker (4 lbs) that I released and lots and lots of bows and splake. At about 2, went in close to shore to catch perch. It was fast and furious. Four of us caugth 175. Could have filled up, had I not gone back out to catch trout in the deeper water.

Chip,
We were way north second to the last group farthest north on the east side. I was running yellow green and red four wheelers. Had about 30 people. about 8 tents where we were. Fish Lake is an awesome place to fish.
