Thought of taking my son to Starvation tomorrow to catch some perch but I have never been there. Fished Pineview a lot but the perch there are too small and I'm always afraid that I will end up with more finger than filet when I keep them. Can any good soul out there offer advice on where I would should go on the lake? I've only been across the highway bridge so I'm going in blind this time. Even east of the bridge or west of the bridge would be helpful.

I'm not the Starvy king, but there a few guys on here that are. I would send TOPH20, Wyoguy, or Pikeman a PM for some details. They've had some great success this season. TOPH20 and Wyoguy fished it yesterday and did great. Check out Wyoguy's post named "Starvation Revenge".
Good luck!

I'm thinking down the hill on the west end of the bridge, north side. That's probably "where the sun don't shine" (as much). Best to bring some sort of plank.

Was up there yesterday Hit a few spots then found the perch in the Indian Bay area. The two of us caught 50+ perch almost all of them over 8". Sent you a PM to help out. Trick is fish with a vertical jig - Kastmaster and a Swedish pimple work well. My buddy used a Kastmaster dropper to a pink/white ice fly. I switched off from a Swedish pimple and a slender spoon. Make sure you have mealworms, crawlers and wax worms. Mealworms worked for awhile waxies worked all day and crawlers weren't too hot but caught the biggest perch a 13 inch slob. Edges are getting a little tricky.
