On Thursday me and a friend want to go somewhere but I haven't been fishing for so long so I don't know where doing good. I'm mostly a trout person so does anyone know how well east canyon, deer creek, jordanelle, rockport or other trout lakes are doing? Also, are they frozen or open water? Thanks

Hey RAT you just have to go fishing with me whenever I ask you to come so you can take more picture of the fish I catch and maybe just maybe it will exchange when I take a picture of you. All of those lakes are still solid. A bit of deer creek by middle provo river is open water that's all but watch out this warm weather will shed tons of ice.
You should just text me and come fish with me when ever I go ha ha ha. Hope we fish soon again man. Lets go on the Jordan river and find the huge carp that snapped my line last year ha ha ha.

Yeah I know dude it sucks you don't have spring break right now like me...Yeah we need hit up the river. I will probably hit it up by myself or maybe with u if you want to one day but one of my friends at the U wants to go fishing and I don't know where's frozen and all that. So is anywhere not frozen or at least have open water where it's bank fishable?

Most all of the lakes are getting very iffy on the edges. I went to Rockport on Friday and didnt get on the ice. Waders were needed even a long plank may niot have worked.
