we went to the marina for a change got fishing by 830 or so and it was slow all day we moved 3 time tryin to find fish but it was the same about everywhere

we caught like 8 fish all cuts one skinny 22 and a nicer 24 incher collin got. He still gets so excited when he gets a nice fish

went past the ladders and the lake level is still the same but that didnt stop people of fishing the closed waters we didnt want to pack gear down the sc side so we just came home

ran in to a few bfter all nice guys would mind fish with them any time

Thanks for the report. Noticed you have the jiffy propane. Do you lay it down like that all the time? I was under the impression that I should always keep it upright? If I ever had it lay down I would wait a few minutes before I started it.

Thanks for the report! Compared to your usual success, it does sound like it was a little slow. Great Smile on that kids face! Nice fish.
I bought a Jiffy before the start of this year myself. I love it. Glad I did. I haven't ever had any issues with it. Starts great, runs strong, drills fast.

I understand and I shouldn't make fun. I'm not sure when I'll make it out next, but I would like to get back out there soon. We fished Mosquito Bay and It was slow for us too. We marked a lot of fish but not many takers. We each iced one cutthroat (18" and 20") and that was it.

Yeah I've owned one for two seasons now, they're awesome. I just have always kept my motor upright, I take of off the blade when I pack up. I thought laying it down would let the oil go where it shouldn't? Good to know I can just lay it down. I've never had any problems with it and one bottle can punch a lot of holes Smile
