[font "Comic Sans MS"][#008000][size 3][size 3]T[/size]he Zeba Midge is a very popular fly and also quite easy to build. Heck I don't do "pretty" but I don't think the fish really care.
What is needed:
# 20 emerger hook
Tungsten bead
Black ultra to thread. 8/0 will do.
Sml ultra silver wire.
Place bead on hook, small end towards eye.
Wrap thread to bend and tie in 3-4" of wire.
Wrap thread back and forth creating a taper look with thicker body towards eye. Wrap wire evenly towards eye leaving a wire width or more between wraps. Tie off wire at eye and that's it.
BTW I added Cure Goo which will give a soft bite to the fly.[/size][/#008000][/font]
