I had never kept whitefish until yesterday. I keep seeing on the forum that whitefish an eggs is good. Or they are awesome smoked. My question is do any of you do a marinade or dry rub or just smoke them raw? Then serving them are they just good with crackers or what kind of meal do u like to make of the fish?!
