Strawberry Ice-off Condition ?

I was just wondering if anybody has been by Strawberry recently and can comment on the ice-off condition? I am wondering if there is any fishable open water?

It sounds like the beginning of last week that there was a little bit of open water, but that it refroze with the cold at the end of last week.

Maybe with the recent wind and warmth, there is more open water. I am hoping to go up there on Saturday if there is any fishable open water.

i was there yesterday yes there is some fishable open water but not much at all some by the mouth of the strawberry river but that is a long walk and muddy the water is shallow also and also some on the s.c. side we got on the ice at the ladders the ice was still fine after you got on it but we did not do great at the berry we did how ever slay the fish at deer creek on the way home in 2 hours 80 plus fish it was fun
