Well, at least it prevented a hard freeze from killing the blossoms on my apricot tree. Still, it's pretty gross.
At least we're not in Minnesota. I'm supposed to go there in three weeks, but there's still several feet of snow on the ground and over 2 feet of ice on the lakes. It's not looking good [mad]

Don't like the weather in Utah? wait f 5 minutes. When I was in calgary the saying was walk across the street. This was true, I saw it snow on one side and sunny on the other.[:p]

Same here. I managed to scrounge up an okay smallie and a few dink largemouth last week, but now we'll have to wait another week to get them active again. It will probably turn on when I'm out in Minnesota freezing my butt off [frown] Lame.

Man - talk about puddles. This drenching seems a good'n. But now- that's ok. Maybe some of our deprived res.s will get a bit of relief, but sure - not enough. Bet there's someones auto-sprinklers on full blast, even though mama natures got the drenchers going.
Hey - I secured the flatbottom, safely under roof even. Still need to re-aquire the newer boat, and get it up and running. If the motor gives me grief, I may look you up. One trip out, and the 65HP was choking on bad gas. Hope for better.
if you ever wanna get out for a float, I'm always game. Sometimes it's not a matter of going far, so much as getting the 'right' access. Always feel a little smug passing by the crowded bridges, and getting off to a 'better' spot. Plus not having to tote all the gear is a perk. Easy enough to load way too much [#0000FF]veritable stuff [/#0000FF]in the boat, and she'll still float!
