Just picked up some expandable mesh tubular bandages, and hoping my goopy chicken livers will strap up tight. Though I prefer shrimp, and worms... trying the "big baits - big fish" concept. See what comes.

Grilled up some Bacon Wrapped - Creole seasoned - Catfish medallions the other day. Worked out pretty nice if I do say so myself, and well - I doodly doo!
