Josh Mullis a U.S. Coast Guard licensed catfish guide on the Ohio River fishes out of the Cincinnati area for catfish. He has been fishing for the past 11 years with a 19.5' 1998 fully rigged Wellcraft with top of the line fishing equipment.

Quote: Now that the water is cooling off, the fish have been biting well. They are starting to gather in their deep holes. The flatheads are beeing caught in 40 feet of water on shad. Fishing in the evening and into the night for about 6 hours in front of downtown Cincinnati they caught a total of 17 fish. Be safe and we'll see you on the river, Josh Mullis
