Cleaning Station at Willard

The last time I was at Willard, the cleaning station at the South Marina was still under wraps and not usable.

Does anyone know if it is back in service yet?

Since we are well into the fishing season at Willard, I would have thought that the cleaning station would have been in service long before now. I am beginning to wonder if it has problems that might keep it out of service for even longer. Anyone know the current status or the future of the cleaning station?
