I saw this stocking report, is this something that has been talked about before? Is the goal to have a sustained Koke population at Electric?

I'm not the one to answer those questions, I've never fished E lake, I've never even been there. I was only confirming with a copy of the stocking report. Isn't E lake a mussel infested water?

How was the fishing? Are the lakes thawed out yet? If so which ones?

the fishing was great as always.. was there for about 4 hours caught about 15 to 20 for each of us.. i went and shot potguts for about a hour too that was friday.. we had the lake selfs for about 3 hours.. way diffrent form last year you could not find a camping spot anywhere up there.. lol oh well.. them tigers in there are getting nice about 3 of the ones i caught were over 20 inchs and nice and fat.. lot's of minnows all over too.. water was murky from run off but only made the fishing better..

Were you on shore or fishing from a boat? Did you come in by Huntington and Cleveland or Benches Pond and Boulgers?

hi fuzzy, as aggressive as the Tiger Trout are, what do you think the chances are for the Koke fry they planted?

well i'm sure a good % should make it through and get big.. i'm thinking E-lake should be a very good lake for koke.. i have wondered for years why the DWR had not planted Koke in there.. lot's of deep water in the lake for them to use. and it's not being used by any of the other fish in the lake.. hope to be catching some out of there in a year or two..
