I can't believe how low everything was this spring and now the severe summer heat has kicked in, so which places do you think the fishing will suffer the most?

Newton reservoir. I foresee all restrictions being removed this August. Catch n keep all fish just like they did a decade or so ago.

Pretty much anything north of I70 is gonna get hammered. Provo and Weber systems especially hard.
