I am cinda new to fly fishing and I got some Q I fly tie and I was wondering what color this hackle is or what it's called cuz I plan on tiring some pmd. Also I plan on Going to provo and Spanish fork creek in the next week or so and I was wondering dose the pmd hatch all summer and dose it hatch an both rivers.

To answer the first question it looks like badger color whiting to me but I could be wrong .
