Anybody been fishing Willard this past week? Is the south marina gone dry or is it possible to launch a 20ft boat?

South marina is 3.5 feet deep. I launched my 20' last night, but kept it trimmed way up unitl out in the bay. Bigger boats than mine were launching too. Head straight out the channel and don't vere off until you're out past the bouys. There was a guy following me through the wakeless channel who thought I was going too slow and cut the corner where it's usally OK....he chopped his prop and was PISSED! Watch the island there was one spot were I read 2.5 feet!

Nope no fish'n this time. I was part of the "Damn Power Squadron" last night as many refer to on here. []

One thing's for sure, with the low water, there sure is a lot less boats out there.

I did see some major bird activity. Expecting to see a boil, but it didn't materialize.
