Sand Hollow report
#1
Just returned from local bass club tourney down at Sand Hollow. Scheduled event at Powell had to be switched. Have been tp SH only twice now, so not an expert on water levels, but it's way down. Locals told us fishing way down, too, particularly after recent cold fronts. Water 65-ish, and still some water/jetskiers to contend with. Between our 7 boats and a dozen or so from SUBA, no big'uns caught. Fish in the 11-17" range coming mostly on drop-shot stuff in the mid-20' depths, tho rogue catches on topwater, jigs, senkos, morning cranks, hula grubs, etc. Nice to fish one last time in t-shirt & shorts.
