Fishing Pond for Utah Scout Expo.

The Utah Scout Expo (formerly Scoutorama) will be in May next year and we are hoping to have a fishing pond similar to the one at the Sportsman show.

I am having a hard time finding out who could provide and set up such a pond.

Any help or contacts you can give me would be very much appreciated.

Probable need to contact Utah DWR as permits are probable required. I think they were behind the pond and United Wildlife Cooperative volunteered and ran it for them.

If I remember correctly, the DWR contracted the people that set up and managed the pond at last years Expo.
They are not from Utah and they travel across the country running the ponds for contracted events.
Drew Cushing would be a good resource at the DWR for info.

Thanks for the information. I contacted the DWR already, but did not talk to Drew Cushing. I will give him a call and see what I can find out. The concept may be beyond our budget...
