Vernal Fishing

I am heading out to Vernal to spend a couple of days with my in-laws. I want to go fishing and was wondering if anybody could give me some updates as good places to go. I know Pelican is pretty good but my Brother-In-Law wants to go after trout. Any help would be appreciated. I was thinking about Matt Warner or Steinaker but wasn't sure about them. Please help me out.

Matt Warner is always good. However it gets more wind. The last two weekends I've fished stienaker and have been doing great. Stay 12-18 feet of water. Usually meal worm and wax however we caught our limit in a hour or so on night crawler tipped with a salmon egg. Used glow ice cutter bugs and white tubes. The bows we caught were and 1.5 lbs
