UL panfish?

I was thinking about hitting UL this weekend in the hopes of finding some delicious panfish. Does anyone have any insite as to how the fishing has been? It's been a while since I've seen anything on UL. I was thinking about hitt AF harbor or even the outlet.

I drove down to the pumphouse area Saturday to check out conditions and access. As others have posted, the walk-in access is gone and you have to park at the Inlet Park to walk over. There were a few headed that way. The other outlet had a few fisherman set up. I didn't see fish on the ice and there were only two small groups fishing. Ice looked good and thick. I haven't heard much coming from AF or Lindon. Good luck if you go and let us know how you do.

Af harbor have been good too slow on new year eve from 8-11 am I caught 15 BG and 1 crappie. On new year fished from 8-10 and only caught 2 bg and many miss.

The best fishing right now is in the abyss of UL but its basically only white bass and maybe just maybe be a catfish if your lucky.

Ya no problem that place has been a hit or miss type of season in the harbors.

What size gills were you catching?

7-8" for the most part but few 5-6"

Those are decent man. I have pulled a few through but they have been on the skinny side. Come on snow...

The ones I've been getting got quite a bit of meat on them.
