jordanelle or deer creek??

headed that way Saturday early... never fished deer before but it seems to have safer ice than Jordanelle right now.. has anybody been fishing on Jordanelle recently with any ice reports on the lake? I know one person said it was pretty sketchy but he was on main marina.. and any info on deer creek.. thanks any info helps

There is one person fishing DC right now on the Lake View camera, just north off the ramp.

[fishin]fished dc today did ok by the island 3 of us caught 19 fish in 4hrs. mostly planters with the a few bigger ones. ice is about 5in. wear ice cleats like a skating rink

Went too Jordanelle a few days ago there's only ice at the main boat ramp. 4-5" really unsafe when the wind kick toward the boat ramp it started cracking like crazy. Had a nice 1-2" crack pass through my legs.
