Ice on Flaming Gorge near dutch john?

I have never fished flaming gorge in the winter but am going up there in a few weeks to try. Is there any ice on flaming gorge in the dutch john area? Mustang ridge? Thanks!

There's some ice forming in the backs of canyons but other than that it's still wide open and boats are launching. It's pretty rare it freezes over down near the dam, but sometimes the bays near the launches will ice just enough so you can't launch.
