Fishing or Family or schedule - makes it hard...Tournaments

I have talked to a few guys that would love to fish bass tournaments but due to caring about being a good dad/husband or simply having a schedule that does not allow for saturdays...OR you simply do not like fishing tournaments with the power squadron on saturdays.

Do you wonder how to fish tournaments (or at least fish with other guys with a little competition) but still make sure to spend time with your family on saturdays, do "honey-dos", go to soccer games, coach baseball, etc...

Due to these conversations I wanted to see how many people would be interested in doing a few little tournaments (even if the buy in is not too much) so that they can have fun fishing, meet other fishermen, learn from fishing with others.

Would you be interested in a 2x a month tournament that is on THURSDAY - it would more than likely run mid Apri (or early May) to mid September with all lakes being within 2 hours of SLC (most within 1 hour).

More than likely would be paper tournaments except for one possibly (championship end of year tournament).
