[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000][size 3]I’m very much in favor of the system that North Carolina (NC) uses. They charge non-residents based on what the non-residents state charges non-residents. Here is an example of what I mean taken from the North Carolina guide for non-resident fishing licenses. The basic fee is $60 for a non-resident license. Apparently some of the nearby states gouge non-residents in the opinion of NC so they charge residents of those states more for a NC license. Here are the rates non-residents will pay for a NC fishing license if they are from one of these nearby states: $100 GA, $125 SC, $ 90 TN, and $110 VA. I like it; very fair in my opinion. Pay backs are Hell baby. [
