Looking to do some early season Smallmouth fishing- I usually do this during summer months but I got the itch real bad!!
Anyone know the water temperature at Deer Creek & Jordanelle? Also when would be the earliest you would start to target them?
Any help would be appreciated.

I was up there a couple weeks ago and in the morning the temp was about 51 F at the western end of the lake. The temp at the eastern end was about 57 by noon near the mouth of the Provo River.
The weather has been changing some, but we have had a lot of cold nights so I don't expect it will be much warmed than it was 10 days ago.

Trust me man I'm getting the bass fever as well. Hope fully in 1-2 weeks it should kick up if we get in the 70-80's
