DC walleye

Got to fish DC for a little while today, before the wind picked up. Landed two walleyes along the rocks and a couple nice crappies. Ran into Troutman also, he had a nice basket full.

Thats awesome! A friend said he just picked up a walleye a few days ago at dc, near the shore. I might have to get out with the boat and see if i can get into some..I just got back from there. Fished in the only spot that wasnt windy, near the rd to midway. Fly fished for crappie, ended up with a bunch of little bass.

Actually it was me you ran into, panfisher. It was nice to meet you, and it sounds like the wind cooperated for a bit anyways. Hope them youngins you had with you were able to get into some fish too, hope you had a good time

Good job! Any size to the eyes? Any pics?

Phone went dead, about 2lbs each, right by the first little rocky point north of the swing.

Too old to remember names any more, they each got two, had more fun throwing rocks.
