Do they taste better than Halibut? The way that article read, it sounded like they are very uncommon in waters that are not tropical.

I think most of what Ive seen come from Pacific waters(hawaii etc)
Texture of tuna ,mild flavor,a great fish to do on the grill.Like mine just a tad rare,with a plum wasabi sauce.They dont really fish for them,not big schools like tuna.Most are caught by mistake,but fetch a good price.
