When I was a youngster growing up I would frequently fish Spring Lake. On several occasions the Mikesell boys were fishing with live frogs and would catch large mouth bass one right after another.

that is a cool video. i know they eat lizards, mice and birds i'm sure frogs are right up there on the menu. A lot of frog baits out there these days....

doesnt take a large bass to decide he is hungry enough to eat a frog. Tonight- deer hair mice for large mouth bass

That's where Jitterbugs and Hula Poppers come into play. Especially at first light and at dusk, they can be killers.
