I went out to Grantsville on 9/12. It was a pretty good day out there. Caught quite a few fish using chironimids, blood worms and micro leeches under an indicator at 5'. Most of the fish were pretty beat up and were missing fins but they fought pretty hard. I saw chironimid adults and callibaetis adults on the surface as well. Near the end of the day I caught a 12" smallmouth bass that was an absolute football. No pics unfortunately.

Did you mostly catch rainbows or were there a few browns in the mix. Lucky you on the bass from G-Ville!

Got me one of them buggers about a month and a half ago on a stealth bomber casting from the rocks on the north side.

I only caught rainbows and the one smallmouth. I did talk to a guy that said he caught one smaller brown. I've heard stories of huge browns that live in that reservoir. I havent ever caught one though, I'm thinking of a few night fishing sessions to see what comes of that.
