Maybe this has been hashed over, but news to me. Am I reading this as there is no in home limit for 2015?

The deceased equine continues to be pummeled.
It's a proposal. It does NOT mean, as some continue to believe, that you can catch multiple limits of fish every day. It only deletes the two-daily limits in possession rule for your permanent residence. It has not yet passed AFAIK. [signature]

Not like it is enforceable but even with the one limit per day, imagine what this will do to put & take waters like community ponds.

Might wanna click on the link. It says it has been "approved" now. Going into effect Jan 1, 2015. and also they decided to include salmonids as part of the new rule.
