Utah lake water???
#1
I'm just curious if anyone went to utah lake recently, have you seen the water level drop because I went fishing on the jordan river today and it was rushing fast. I've never seen this much water flowing down so fast in a long long long long time.
It's so bad I cant get to some of my favorite cat fishing spots even now. Where there use to be tons of rocks and beaver dams are all under the water basically.

All of which makes no sense as the water level in the lake is so low and the irrigation season is over, so why are they still pulling water ?? Stop the pumps and keep the water for next year. Anything not used for irrigation goes into the Great Salt Lake, wasted !!!

How much lower is it today comparing to last month is the real question? Never seen the jordan river going this high for the longest time.

I was there Friday water is very low right now lindon harbor was only about 4 feet deep . put the boat in at pelican point and that was even shallower. had to have my trailer moved over to lindon to get the boat out due to the low water.be careful

I can verify what FFL says...I went to strawberry and decided on the way back to check just how fast the river was. It's consideraby higher than even a few days ago and the scary part is I see water marks that are 2-3 feet higher than where I saw it today!

As of Saturday the 17th, I saw that the JR is now down to its usual low winter levels.
