Went out with the family around 4pm to SH...boat traffic was TERRIBLE! Everyone apparently had the same idea, including the pea-brained wakeboard crowd. Is bad boat etiquette a prerequisit to buying a wakeboard boat? Just curious...anyways, we tried fishing the south dam but we were getting washed over with wakeboard boat wakes passing within 20 yds of us (with no one in the center of the lake) over and over (already, bummer). So...we headed over to the shallows and into the wakeless area to avoid the tsunamis. Turned out to be a good move and we caught numerous bass fishing with a 1/4oz pumpkin jig. I didn't see many bass up too shallow yet...water was 62 degrees and fairly clear. Caught our fish in about 10' of water staging. Won't be long now...

And no pics this time, sry...was too busy with the kiddos.
