[#000000]Old Coot; Your enthusiasm for fishing Willard came through in your TV debut.[/#000000]
I put the save tab on for this one after it recorded. It's a keeper.

Thanks for your kind words Mcat. Ever since the filming of the show, I had lots of thoughts of coulda, shoulda, woulda. But over all, it turned out pretty good anyway ... in spite of me.
But big credits go to Adam Eakle and my good friend Randy Aiken.
Adam is one of those kind of guys that just makes everything so comfortable and easy. At one time, I offered to film him doing some fish landing. He just said, "Oh, no. This show is about you guys ... not me". That's just the good and unselfish kind of guy Adam is.
And my good friend Randy (N.E.T.O) ... not many guys as top notch as him. I have never once fish with Randy that I didn't just thoroughly enjoy it. I can't say that about every guy/gal I've fished with.
Ya put two guys like that with me on my boat with a video camera and it's bound to be a fun time.
Thanks again,
--- Coot ---

We shot it two weeks ago. So just a bit out dated. I was wondering if the wiper fishing would have changed much since then but from your reports, it looks like it has gotten even better.

The information was fantastic. And the stars of the show were super all so. I see autographed lures in your future. [fishin]

[blush] Thanks Ralph! I thoroughly enjoyed being Gilligan that day! It was fun seeing what goes on behind the scenes to make a show. Having the weather, conditions, company, catching and everything else all align at once was unbelievable!
And I agree. Having Adam on the boat was just like having another regular guy on the boat with us. He's extremely easy to get along with.

I used to N.ot have E.nough T.ime O.ff to go fishing. Then I retired. Now I have less time than I had before. Sheesh.
