Frist dam up Black smith fork canyon?

Does anybody know what works good up at First dam up black smith fork canyon? The worm and bobber combo wasn't doing it.

I can't remember first dam on Black Smiths Fork. I do on the Logan River. Anyway, try bouncing half a worm along the bottom of the river in the current.

Half a worm with no weight around the deep part were the water feeds into the pipe for the power plant. Let is swirl around the eddies. You will have a bunch in no time.

Is that by the water fall?

Actually that is dam #2. First dam was taken out back a few years ago

Actually if U are going to fish that way- use a clear bubble and trail a renegade- slowly reel it in- that probably puts more fish in the basket there than anything.

I thought about that. At the time I only had 20 pond test line with me for a leater.

also- the Salmon Fly hatch has been on thru out the canyon
