Hit the bay yesterday after work for a few hours at 4:30. Water was rough and windy! Managed to troll for a while and got beat to death by 2' swells and fishing was slow!
But around 6:30, the wind switch got flipped off and the wiper bite switch got turned on! We had to be off the lake around 7:00 so we left em still biting, but we landed 8 in about a half hour!
Made for one tasty dinner! Wiper fillet sandwiches for lunch, Yum!

HD, by chance did you spend any time in the UK ? That meal looks quite a bit like the "fish and chips" we used to get from the "chip shoppe" in Mildenhall Village back in th early 80's.

Lol, no... Just perfected our homemade fish N chips! Today for lunch I ran home and fried up a couple more fillets and threw them on a burger bun with cheese, lettuce, and tartar sauce. Best fish fillet sandwich I've ever had!
