Although I haven't been in a few weeks, I talked to a guy that was there last week. He said the water was down about 3 feet from full, so launching shouldn't be an issue yet. He said fishing was slow, and the water was in the 70's.

Your user name implies you have a Draht. I'm a Draht guy as well. What kennel(s) do your dogs come from?

I have fished Porky probably 7 times in the last month, I have launched at the first launch point as recently as Friday. Friday was the first day we had seen them dumping water out of the reservoir. the pond is still full but I imagine it will begin to drop rapidly now. The first Launch can be a challenge (very rutty, 4 wheel drive preferably). Fishing has been good but you have to work for them,the Kokes are finally getting bigger (12 to 15 inches). I would tell you were we caught them, how deep ,and what we were using, but anybody who fishes for Kokes knows, that what worked yesterday will not necessarily work tomorrow.lol

My oldest dog is a Red-Rock (Jon Davis) dog. My middle dog is one of mine (Berg-Meister), and my youngest pup is vom Felsengeberg (Cal Bambrough).
