I caught a tiger at Pineview a couple of years ago that had most of it's lower jaw missing. The head was normal size; however, the body was so thin it looked like an eel.

It looks like Ol Stumpy is not having much difficulty as far as eating is concerned !! That is pretty amazing that a fish w/o an upper jaw has survived and grown to such a size !! I know they burn the upper part of the beak on turkeys to prevent them from pecking the crap out of each other, but never seen a fish like that !!

Still fun to catch. Have you had much success this year. I have only put three in the boat so far this year. Biggest one was 48 Inches the bits have been far and few.

You're doing better than me! I haven't been able to get out much so far but it sounds like par from what I've experienced so far this year also. Plenty of follows but only a couple takers. Just keep on chasing is all I can say.
