White pine lake
#1
Hiked in today. Water is at dead pool. About 35 feet down. Lots of 10-15" cutts. I caught a few on gulp minnows. I think flies would have been better. I saw no live minnows on the lake which would explain the small size of the cutts. I bet the stocked fingerlings mostly get eaten. Water was pretty cold. It's a solid two hours hike in if you don't stop.

Thanks for the report, I assume this is the White Pine by Salt Lake not Logan, is that correct? Bet is was a nice time to be in the back country. Later J
