YES! It isn't over, but this is a giant step forward. Keep up the fight. Too bad the state is using public funds to fight against publc access. Pisses me off, but hopefully the people will prevail over the government.

I'm with you Tarponjim. Using public money to keep the public out is hard to stomach. Especially since a lot of these waters receive management funded by the public.
