"Good Morning To You" or "Afternoon Delight"?

Okay, fountains of knowledge, are you in favor of early rising or staying later? I tend to do the AM thing, especially if I'm driving a ways like to Strawberry. HOWEVER, when taking kiddos, I am often tempted to stay until sundown after arriving around noonish. This is especially true with ice fishing when the little trolls have such a hard time waking up. What are your takes on the subjects?

i like the morning bite myself but the before dark bite can work as good also

I think most gusy go in the morning because thats what they plan on doing for the day.

Fish bite at bolth times. I just go whenever I can. I like to go during the middle of the day if theres a close to home lake i want to spend a few hours on. Its quick, and easy.

Guys are going to have thier prefrence on what time is better than another, and theres merit to that argument, but if the only time you can get away is for two hours in the middle of the day, you will still catch more fish than you will on your couch at home.

well im usually a nooner till dark and past dark kind of guy. depends on the water. i found some waters the morning is best rather than evening also.

I like to go early if I can and stay late. Getting outside is my sanity and I try to stay as long as I can.Most places I fish they bite on and off all day.
