[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]Three of us hit the deck on Thursday. I caught a 10 1/2" perch and 4 bows. I kept the 16" bow and put all the 12 inchers back. Big Earl caught and kept his bow limit and Joe kept the two bows he caught. Ice was at least 3" of clear ice in the five areas I drilled with varying amounts of slush and snow on top. First drill brought me at least 2" of water around the hole but my new Baffin boots kept me dry as unbuttered toast. The ice conditions are not quite up to quads or power sleds just yet, but it shouldn't be too much longer until it is.[/#800000][/font]
