I hit pineview this morning and really struggled. We fished from 8-12 when we gave up with 3 crappie and one perch to show for it. We fished anywhere from 35-42 FOW to the north of cemetery point. Can someone tell me what I did wrong. We were using VMC pug bugs as well as other small jigs and ice flies tipped with waxie. I killed them last year on that same setup. Never saw a school on the flasher.

Like you said, no schools of fish on the flasher. We had the same situation Wednesday.
Try, try again. . .

Definitely Starvation, west end of Rabbit Gulch in less than 20' of water. Excellent parking, super easy walk. You can even make it in a car.
Standard perch fare, best fishing 8-10am.
He will not even be able to rest between bites, AND, he can sight fish down the hole and watch the fish swarm and attack his jig!
