Beer Batter Crappie

[size 1] 1 Lb. Crappie fillets 1/2 cup beer oil for frying 1/2 cup flour 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

In small bowl beat beer and eggs, add flour, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth.
Dip fish into batter; allow excess batter to drip off. Fry at 375 degrees for 3-4 minutes
or until golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork. Drain slightly on paper towel. [/size]
