How is Pineview during the day for Perch? Thinking about Friday going early am and fishing for crappie for a couple of hours and then hitting the perch. Any thoughts?

All reports have shown perch are far and few between this year.

We found them around Browning Point but they had tight mouths.
Look for 40; of water and fish on the very bottom for the perch.
Ice is at least 8" thick but watch out for slush.
